We operate a 14-day cooling-off period: during the first 14-days after registration, your fee is fully refundable should you change your mind. After this point, your Entry Fee becomes non-refundable under any circumstances, including illness or injury. 

We do have some options for you if you cannot attend:

• Package change
• Event Transfer (between Cycles & Trails)
• Participant transfer
• Deferral to the following year
