Event deferral

You can defer your entry to 2023*.

• This can be done via your MyEvents Portal and click 'Additional purchases'.
• Purchase the 'Deferral fee'
• The deadline and associated Administration Fees for this are:
  • • Up to 23:59 on the Sunday 6 weeks prior to the Event: £25
    • Between 6 weeks prior to the Event, and up to 23:59 on the Sunday 2 week prior to the Event: £30

Once the Administration Fee has been processed, within 5 working days, we will cancel your registration for 2022. We will not refund the Entry Fee but will send you a free of charge web link to sign-up to the Event the following year. You will not need to pay again for the following year.

*Please note, you may only defer once, so if you have already deferred the previous year, this option no longer applies to you.
