Mechanical support

There will be mechanical support at the start of each day, out on the road, at the pit stops and at the Basecamp. The mechanical teams will have a wide range of spares to ensure everyone has the best chance of finishing the route. If you have a problem with your bike the mechanical team will aim to fix it for free but will charge for any parts that are needed. These will need to be paid for at the time of repair. You are expected to be able to repair your own punctures.
